Thrissur Food Fest
Attended Thrissur Food Fest with my family on 28th January. There were lot of varieties of food items especially New Malabari dishes like Chicken Kondattam; Puthiyapla kozhi etc. We visited several stalls of Shap Curry; Marabar Stalls; Grilled Meat BBQs and Thalasserry biryani. Those people are looking for just to make money; no love, no commitment to taste and quality of food. Prices are competitively expensive than the normal hotel prices and we were not at all satisfied with the taste of food. food was cold; and tasteless. Food inspectors and organizers must check these type of food festivals closely to ensure food is provided up to the minimum standard.
